Marion and Lynne
"Hello, We have been kept by birds for over 13 years now. We have 2 Blue & Gold Macaws, Alfie and Minty. A male Eclectus, Mango and his best friend Chico the Blue Fronted Amazon. We also have Monty, Oscar, Rocky, Webster and Jasper who make up the Grey collective. Our babies are our life. We have an outdoor avairy where they can play in nice weather. All of our birds are rescues or rehomes. We have been supporters of Parrotcare and great friends with June for a while now and we are Parrotcare ACO's and Directors for the charity."

Derek
"Hi, my name is Derek, I have six birds in total, five cockatiels and one conure. All the birds I have are rescue birds, four of the cockatiels are aviary birds. One cockatiel and the conure are house birds. They go in the Avery with the other birds occasionally. Mrs Gatsby is the boss, she is the conure. Lotte the cockatiel lives in a cage next to Gatsby, they are great friends. The four Aviary birds are friendly on their terms, their names are Tyson, Mary, Marigold and Mavis, I have had these birds for nine years. The only bird I know the age of is Gatsby, she is 10 years old. I love these birds dearly, I have been offered other birds but I feel I can only look after six birds properly."

Sue
Hi my name is Sue, I live in Devon with my 2 dogs, George a deaf Great Dane and Twiggy an ex racing Greyhound. Grumbles CAG who never had a feather in sight when we got him, but is nearly there now, 1 wing to go! Its only taken us 4 years! Rosie CAG loves me, but cannot be trusted with anyone else, as she was known to fly at people and attack. She had had several homes by the time she was 18-24 months old. Mac is a Blue and Gold Macaw, aggressive, noisy and horrible to his previous owner, but now the one everybody wants to own. I have been a friend of Junes for a number of years now and am proud to be an ACO for the Southwest. I am always available to help or just a chat."
